Dr. Kacy L Borba Spann, of Quercus Natural Health, is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist practicing adjunctive healthcare at Portland Family Health in the Woodstock neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, US. She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine, Portland.
